1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website or ordering from WGSUent, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Guidelines.

2. Who Can Shop

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order. Please ensure your name, delivery address, and phone number are accurate when checking out.

3. Products and Sizing

We do our best to display item colors and fabric details accurately. Minor differences in color may happen depending on your phone or computer screen.

If you order custom suits or group outfits, please provide accurate measurements. Our stylists are available on WhatsApp to guide you before we prepare your items.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices may change from time to time, but the price shown when you place your order is the final price you pay.

We accept Lipa Na M-Pesa via automated STK push, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. For cash on delivery in Nairobi, payment is made to the rider upon receipt.

5. Delivery in Kenya

We deliver to all 47 counties of Kenya. Nairobi orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered same-day (2 to 6 hours). Deliveries to other towns take 24 to 48 hours by courier.

6. Returns and Size Exchanges

We offer a 7-day size exchange on suits, shirts, trousers, jackets, and footwear. To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be clean, unworn, and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must remain attached.
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Underwear, socks, and opened perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Photos and Content

All product photos, text, and logos on this website belong to WGSUent and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved under Kenyan law in Nairobi.
