Conditions for Size Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and clean.
- Original tags and packaging must remain attached.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Suits must include all pieces (jacket, trousers, and vest if included).

How many days do I have to exchange an item?
You have 7 full days from the date you receive your package to request a size exchange on any unworn item with tags attached.
How do I request a size exchange?
Send a WhatsApp message or call us with your order number and the size you need. In Nairobi, a rider can swap the item directly at your door. For other towns, exchanges are done through local courier stations.
Which items can be exchanged?
Suits, shirts, trousers, jackets, and shoes can be exchanged for another size as long as they are unworn and have tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned.
Are there any extra fees for exchanging a size?
If we sent the wrong size, delivery for the exchange is completely free. If you want to swap for a different fit preference, standard rider or courier fees apply.
