How can I pay on WGSUent?
You can pay with Lipa Na M-Pesa at checkout, Visa or Mastercard, or bank transfer. Cash on delivery or M-Pesa upon arrival is also available in Nairobi.
How does M-Pesa payment work on the site?
Select M-Pesa during checkout and type in your phone number. You will receive an instant prompt on your phone asking for your PIN. Once entered, your payment is confirmed right away.
Can I order directly on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every product page has a WhatsApp Order button. Click it to chat with us, ask questions about sizing, and place your order directly.
# Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver to all counties in Kenya?
Yes, we deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. We use local riders in Nairobi and trusted couriers like Fargo Courier and G4S for upcountry deliveries.
How fast is delivery?
Deliveries in Nairobi and Kiambu County arrive within 2 to 6 hours when ordered before 3:00 PM. Upcountry deliveries arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
How much does delivery cost?
Nairobi and Ruiru delivery is KES 250 to KES 450 depending on your area. Delivery to other counties is KES 350 to KES 600.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product shows standard size options. If you are not sure, send us your height and build on WhatsApp and we will recommend the right size for you.
What if the clothes or shoes do not fit?
We offer a simple 7-day size exchange. Message us and we will swap the unworn item with your correct size quickly.
Are the products good quality?
Yes. We use quality fabrics and materials, and every piece is inspected before delivery to ensure clean stitching and good fit.
